Police investigate strong-arm robbery at Town & Country

A woman was robbed of her wallet during the daytime in the Town & Country Village Shopping Center parking lot on Tuesday, June 20, prompting a police investigation.

An hour and 7 minutes between the incident and the report. Seems odd. What is up with that?
