Foothill-De Anza trustee Gilbert Wong files lawsuit against district over censure

A South Bay college district board member is suing the district and his colleagues after they censured him for allegedly making racist remarks to an African American college president.

So the problem is Wong made racially derogatory, insulting comments to Holmes, apologized for it, does not want to admit the events and files suit based on a “why should I have to sit in the corner when you do stuff wrong, too” defense. Is this the stuff of district leaders?
