“The City That Crime Forgot “

Most cities would welcome PA’s non-existent crime trends.

We really don’t need municipal police—County Law Enforcement would work, and save money.

Maybe Palo Alto needs to be like Sunnyvale and have Police and Fire the way it is worked in that town.

Palo Alto PD was very responsive the few times we needed assistance in the 25 years we’ve lived here. I’ve heard less favorable reports from other cities. I’m thankful.

The classifications are curious. What is the difference between battery and corporal injury? How can an injury be both unknown and a crime? How can a theft be both undefined and a crime? Are all car accidents criminal? What qualifies as a suspicious circumstance these days?
