This is heartbreaking ~ I was defintely saddened when I heard he'd retired. And, not this.

Dr. Keller was the kindest dentist, he even came into the office at 7:00am to make sure the hygienist was treating me well. I hope and pray for his safe return. He is one of a kind.

Dr. Keller is a wonderfully kind man and excellent dentist. May he be found safe and sound.

THIS story, has not been updated. Helicopters and rescue were sent out but ive heard NOTHING from PA ONLINE.

Please update--Ive been searching his nieces FB and other news outlet.. I'm absolutely ashamed that Palo Alto ONLINE would not be searching and updating this.

Sue Dremann,
I am asking you, as a Palo Alto resident, to please update story. This man was Steven Keller, not only excelled as a dentist, but he showed his dental assistants and hygienist with his behavior and kindness, that the world can be a better place.

I come from a history of abuse -- and most dentists (even the ortho he sent me to for my wisdom tooth removal), show their disdain, or is it fear? When my entire body clenches in anxiety. It can be so embarrassing and shameful, to feel this way.

But, Dr Keller was the one dentist that told me that I am okay, he can see me, he accepted me and would care for me and make sure that I am treated like a human-being, not someone that is 'below' someone in the palo alto community with a shameful secret.

Please, I beg of you to try and find what has happened and to keep up with this story.

I can't ever forget his kindness.. please don;t let it go unnoticed -- to this community.
