Horrible! California law enforcement failed this family in Palo Alto and due to their negligence, this person was allowed to go do the same exact thing in another state to another innocent dog. And, why did Thumbtack allow this woman to stay on their platform when they knew that she was being investigated for kidnapping a dog here in California????

How awful for the families involved. I am happy to hear they caught Ragland. In a web search it looks like the MA French bulldog incident was just reported within the past 24 hours. I must say I'm impressed with the PA Police Department as it must have been difficult to follow the perp to the East Coast since she was using an alias. My heart goes out to all involved. What a harrowing experience.
