What, no discussion of the plan to "quietly" table the undergrounding of utilities so that mylar balloons, squirrels, falling branches etc etc don't keep causing power outages?? And/or giving refunds to taxpayers who've already paid $,$$$ for undergrounding who go to the "back of the line" for the $$$$ Fiber to Someone Else's Home?
