Library to host fentanyl education and Narcan training event

The County of Santa Clara Behavioral Health Services Department is scheduled to host a fentanyl education and Narcan training at the Rinconada Library from 3 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9.

Providing Narcan and the training for its use is a good idea to be prepared to address this pandemic of drug use.

But it is does not address the Fentanyl flowing through the open US border facilitated by the Cartels. This is the source of the Fentanyl issues. Narcan is a band aid fix to a larger problem caused by the politicians.
