Gryphon is a treasure. What a great tribute to him, on Gryphon's website. Frank will be missed.

I love, love love this shop. Fun place to explore instruments...and learn. I never had the good fortune to meet Mr. Ford, but I purchased a very fine guitar and ukulele there. They have repaired instruments for me...and their work has always been excellent. Thank you, Mr. Ford, for helping us all keep music alive in Palo Alto.
May his memory be a blessing.

It's been wonderful having Frank here to give advice and work on our instruments for decades. He will be missed. He's trained a great team at Gryphon so I'm confident that the excellent work there will continue.
