eww, first off she is not from Menlo Park, she's not even from Oakland. So if you're going to say it's local artwork maybe try hiring one of the many talented artists that were actually born here. second, gross what a total dumpster fire, this is in-line with the egg they put in front of pizza my heart. These corps need to hire local, people who truly grew up here, b/c we know. Only then will we get real, authentic, creative, beautiful art. Cool things that would go further with the trompe l’ oeil art we have all around PA and to add fun, like a look into the multiverse or like really anything that expands on all the cool original artwork PA already has by Greg Brown who, by the way, was actually a LOCAL, but those were done back when this town was actually cool and had real magic like in the original Debbi Fields cookies and things were actually fresh here. Now we just get stuck with this played out art by some chick whose not even from here and clearly has zero clue what "characterizes this city" lol omg get out of here with this. The good news is that in a year it'll be rebought and painted over, fingers crossed someone reads this and when it's redone it's by someone who is really a local.

To each his/her own. Art is in the eye of the beholder. So i accept your opinion as just that, an opinion. Which you have a total right to. I think you didn't need to be so heavy in your negativity. That just invites a fight.
