Los Altos postpones timeline to reopen El Camino Real completely to traffic

In a setback to the reopening of El Camino Real to traffic, the city of Los Altos announced on Friday that it has postponed its plans to demolish a shopping center building burned out by a massive fire last month.

Please support the businesses that are still operating on the part of El Camino that's closed off because of the fire.
Much of the parking lot behind the area for demolition is unavailable for use which makes it more difficult to patronize the businesses - in particular Chef Chu's and Armadillo Willy's.
Think about getting take-out from them!
